Events Conveners (Local & Online)
Are you confident to chair a meeting? To gather people together? To host a Zoom call? To ensure that the shy are encouraged and that enthusiastic members allow space for everyone? Perhaps you can host a prayer & encouragement Zoom meeting, a local discussion group or a social event? Maybe your talent lies in networking amongst Labour colleagues or your local churches…
Policy, Theology & Expertise on the Issues
Our members are mostly not politicians. But with one finger in the world of politics and another in the business world, the arts, finance, technology, or third sector, working for specialist charities and NGOs or for the Church, our members have expertise in a wide array of subjects. Perhaps that’s you. Can you speak on your subject? Write an article? Get others excited? Host a Q&A session or be willing to be interviewed on Zoom in front of an audience…
Regional, National and City Reps
Regional Reps are the local leaders of our movement. They are here to inspire, encourage and equip our members across their region to holistically become better “Christians on the Left” - this means prayer, campaigning, events, networking, socialising, mobilising and organising.

Executive Committee
Our Executive Committee comprises the Officers, who meet monthly, and our Regional Reps and Ordinary Members who convene twice a year. They do plenty outside of these regular meetings too, and around half are elected every two years at our AGM; each committee member commits to a 4-year term. Our next elections are in 2022, however we are keen to hear expressions of interest and are keen to increase the diversity of our committee, so especially welcome enquiries from anyone with a BAME background or from an underrepresented group.
